I was shocked first of all they were upfront about everything. This is amazing because you just don’t see that with businesses anymore. They were very friendly. All the stuff were from the doctor to the receptionist to everybody in between this place is A # 1 .

The whole office made sure my husband felt comfortable and answered all our questions. Amazing staff and he loves his new teeth!!! Ten out of ten would recommend!!!

I have been to about 4 other dental offices around Cedar Park, Round Rock and North Austin, and this 5th dental office is by far the most friendly and enjoyable Dental Offices . Dr. Owens and Medgaus are friendly, approachable, professional and highly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled. Dr Owens has assembled an excellent staff that made my visit comfortable. It came to the point where I had to get dental implants and Optima Dental was very reasonable and I had a great experience. It was one day in and out. Excellent follow up and I wish I would have found them 5 years ago. I hate to post this because then you are going to flood their office. The deserve more than 5 stars.

Dr Ali was fantastic. I had my first root canal and was terrified. Dr Ali was so kind, gentle, and careful with me, though , that she made the experience go as smoothly as possible. She took the time to answer questions and explain everything I wanted to know. I highly recommend her!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly caring and compassionate. You can truly feel how passionate they are about their patients and the work they do. If you’re looking for a dental office where the team genuinely cares about you, this is the place. I’m especially thankful for Allison—she is an absolutely amazing woman who made the entire experience so much better. Highly recommend

This is my personal opinion based on my experience with this dental clinic. When I called them, the staff did not behave professionally. They were rude when I asked simple questions, and they hung up on me during the call. After that, they transferred me directly to voicemail instead of assisting me properly. Even though I also sent them an email, the situation did not improve. What concerned me the most was that they attempted to pressure me into removing my previous comment by offering to give me information about my mother. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I had an exceptional experience at Optima Dental Surgery Center. From the moment I reached out, Claudia made scheduling my appointment effortless--she was friendly, efficient, and made sure I felt taken care of right away. When I arrived, Darla guided me through the privacy forms and health history paperwork. She was patient, thorough, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Next, I met with Allison, who took my x-rays and provided a clear, detailed treatment itemization. Dr. Owens performed my examination and provided an in-depth consultation on dental implants. The oral surgery team — Conner and Adriel — were absolutely excellent! The level of care and professionalism stood out. Connor made sure I was comfortable and fully informed, which helped ease any nerves. Conner and Adriel performed superbly as a team, working with precision, confidence, and great communication throughout the entire procedure. They took their time, explained what they were doing, and made sure I understood my aftercare instructions so my recovery could go smoothly. It appears I do not know how to write another review so I will just add to this one. Dr Owens and his staff have been nothing but, professional, informative and super easy to work with. Claudia has been a pure joy to work with on the entire process from scheduling, procedures and just being over all a very nice person. Twice during the process, I have had a minor issue with the temps, I called Claudia and she was able to resolve it quickly and effectively. Dr Medgaus the surgeon is wonderful. He explained the entire process before starting, was patient, gentle and professional. Just the thought of having all our teeth pulled in one day is a little nerve racking he made the entire procedure great. The surgery was great and I could not be more pleased, and after the surgery nothing is left to chance with the information given for the healing process, I did a ton of research and went to a couple of different places before choosing Optima.
